Combine the Sloppy Chans Sweet Chilli Sauce and Light Soy Sauce in a small bowl and set aside.

Combine the Sloppy Chans Sweet Chilli Sauce and Light Soy Sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Mix the Sloppy Chans Corn Starch with the water to make a smooth slurry.
Heat the Sloppy Chans Peanut Oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the sliced peppers and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until just tender.
Pour the Sweet Chilli sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
Add the corn starch slurry and simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce becomes thick, glossy and sticky.
Drizzle over the Sloppy Chans Sesame Oil and toss gently to combine.
Serve over steamed jasmine rice and garnish with sliced spring onions, Sloppy Chans White Sesame Seeds and fresh coriander.
