Let's get cooking
Whisk together the Sloppy Chans Light Soy Sauce and Sloppy Chans Mirin.
Brush the salmon fillets with the soy and mirin mixture and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Cook the salmon in a hot pan or oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
Mix the Sloppy Chans Sushi Mayo and Sriracha Sauce together to create a spicy mayo.
Season the cooked sushi rice with the Sloppy Chans Rice Vinegar and fluff gently with a fork.
Divide the sushi rice evenly between four serving bowls.
Arrange the cooked salmon, avocado, cucumber, carrot and edamame over the rice.
Drizzle any remaining soy and mirin mixture over the bowls.
Finish with the Sloppy Chans Sesame Oil.
Drizzle with the spicy sushi mayo.
Sprinkle generously with Sloppy Chans Mixed Sesame Seeds and sliced spring onions.
Garnish with nori strips if desired and serve immediately.
