Mix together the Sloppy Chans Oyster Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Heat the Sloppy Chans Peanut Oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
Add the garlic and chilli paste and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked.
Add the onion and red bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until just tender.
Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and stir well to coat everything evenly.
Drizzle over the Sloppy Chans Sesame Oil and stir to combine.
Fold through the fresh Thai basil leaves and cook for 30 seconds until just wilted.
Serve immediately over steamed jasmine rice.
